CODES OF CONDUCT All attendees are requested to uphold the integrity of the Mosque paramount and adhere to the following Codes at all times v Activities considered un-Islamic are strictly prohibited on The Premises. v Activities violate the laws of the Province of British Columbia are strictly prohibited on The Premises. v Activities not in accordance with The Constitution of The Mosque are strictly prohibited on The Premises. v No public announcements, speeches, or distribution of printed materials are permitted on The Premises v All announcements, or printed material must be approved by The Management. v No personal or private business or solicitation of any kind shall be conducted on The Premises. v Only the appointed Imam or his designate(s) can lead congregational prayers. v Only the appointed Imam or his designate(s) coordinate activities of a religious nature. v Only the appointed Personnel or his designate(s) may make a call for Salaat (Azaan) v Foul language is never to be used on the premises. v Arguments or other disruptions to the holiness of The Mosque will not be tolerated. v No activities, discussion or disruption is permitted during the prayer times. v No spitting, yelling, personal disputes, screaming or loud conversations are permitted on The Premises. v All attendees are required to wear appropriate clothing (covering the body from neck to below knees). v Any individual(s), wish to make an overnight stay must obtain an approval from The Management. v Any individual(s), making an overnight stay are responsible for the cleanliness of The Premises. v No food or drinks, except during the events which are organized by The Management. v Smoking is not permitted anywhere on The Mosque property. v The Management assumes no liability arising from injuries sustained on The Premises. v All attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. v The Management is not liable for loss of any kind. v No used furniture or household items are to be dropped-off or kept on The Premises. v There shall be no public criticism of individual Muslims, Imam, Teachers, or Trustees v Any complaints, suggestions or disputes shall be brought in writing to The Management. v All suggestions shall be constructive in nature. v No member shall defame any member of the Society or other Muslims in attendance on The Premises. v No attendee shall, by word or in writing, be discourteous to another member of the Society or attendee. v No personal attacks on the character of any Board members shall be permitted or tolerated. v No meetings, lessons, teachings, parties or games without a written approval of The Management. v No music, reveling, or dancing is permitted at any time on The Premises. v No property, books, items or records belonging to the Mosque shall be removed from The Premises. v Parking is strictly reserved for the Attendees of the Mosque during the times when the Mosque is open. v No vehicles shall be left on The Premises overnight except of those staying overnight v Parents shall keep their children with them so as not to disrupt other attendees during prayers (Salaat).
